My first visit
Thank you for choosing our office for your dental needs.
We strive to provide a comfortable environment where you’ll feel confident in the level of dental care you receive.
When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete our health history form - that will allow us to begin your dental treatment.
Most new patient visits will consist of any necessary x-rays and a thorough examination. This visit will help us get acquainted with each other and learn about your goals and desires for your dental treatment.
If your first visit is for a dental emergency, the tooth in question will be addressed. Depending on the diagnosis, an additional appointment with adequate time may be necessary.
We believe that good dental care begins with open communication. We will discuss with you any symptoms present that may require further dental treatment, our diagnosis, alternative treatments that may exist, and our recommendations. Working together, we can achieve a true partnership, with one common goal-keeping your smile beautiful and your teeth, gums and jaw joints healthy!
Ham Lake Dental Savings Plan
Health and wellness should be affordable. We believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality dentistry, which is why we've developed our Ham Lake In-House Savings Plan!
No Insurance? No Problem! Our In-House Savings Plan was created specifically for patients without dental insurance! As a member of our savings plan, you will receive the necessary treatment recommended by our team to keep your mouth healthy at a cost that is affordable for you and your family.
Membership benefits include:
- 2 Regular Cleanings and Exams
- All Necessary X-rays
- PLUS 15% Off all other dental services No Annual Maximums! No Deductibles! No Hassles!
- Adults age 14 and older $457/year (normally $845)
- Children age 13 and younger $320/year (normally $667)
- Periodontal maintenance plan is available, please contact us for details.
- Cost for new patient adult without savings plan is $507.00 - That's a $175 savings!
- Coverage starts the day you purchase the plan and runs for 12 months.
Payments are due on day of service, we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We are unable to accept CareCredit as payment for membership and using CareCredit will void all discounts on your plan. All plans are sold per person and cannot be transferred to another individual.
